Create with purpose
Co-op owns rights
All sides of the works (100% of the sound recording and 100% of the composition) are assigned to the Amerge Co-op. The most one-stop possible.

As a maker, placer, or operator contributes their copyright, their labor, or their resources, they can join as a member-owner of the co-op. Decentralizing governance and ensuring fair and transparent growth.

Revenue is transparently distributed according to each song's agreed shares, so everyone from the music makers to the people who pitched the song, to the patrons who funded the making of the music all instantly receive their value. No more hidden deals or surprise intermediaries.
